Optical glass is used for manufacturing sight hatch, reactor glass and optical components of different devices, electrical furnaces and so on.

1. It is manufactured in the squared shape of discs or plates as ingot with the following sizes:
   Length-not more than 1200 mm
   Thickness not more than 150 mm
2. Optical glass is manufactured in two grades: KV, KU-2

KV fused quartz glass grade is an optical quartz glass, transparent in visible part of spectrum, with noticeable strips of absorption in 170-250 nm and 2600-2800 nm wavelength intervals.

KU-2 fused quartz glass grade — optical quartz glass in ultra violet and visible parts of spectrum with intensive absorption strip in wavelength interval of 170-250 nm, with noticeable absorption strip in interval of 2600-2800 nm.

These products have increased homogeneity radiation stability.
